btw dear can you please tell me where did you complete your studies and how do you find your college / uni’s course in general?
studying in TARC seems like a bad option to me now that i’ve experienced it first hand. or maybe i’m asking too much from a Diploma course. i dunno, sigh.
admin: i studied in HELP University College. took its foundation/matriculation course which was followed by UEL’s business administration (3+0 Programme). I enjoyed my university, many of my lecturers were experienced, intelligent, passionate and quirky in a positive way. I thought it was one of the most intellectually stimulating periods of my life. i dunno how it’s like in TARC, i’ve had friends who enjoyed studying there…different strokes for different folks I suppose. good luck! and as to how i chose my college, well…i liked the lobby :P

you’ve had friends who studied business there or Public Relations itself? if they enjoyed studying PR there then i guess i should take a leaf out of my senior’s book and learn to enjoy it too. :-/
you studied in HELP? it is famous in Psychology and Business studies but not PR itself wor. lol, we chose colleges that weren’t ‘famous’ for PR eh? you like the lobby?! -_- urgh.
so do you think the studying part was important in building your career or you depended on yourself more after you graduate?!
sorry for the stream of questions… i need to plan my next course of action after my exams, which is real soon.

eh, my eye cacat. you studied Business Administration, what the heck i was reading… lol… sorry… so i guess what you study doesn’t impose you to a lifetime of working as that. but reading your KimKomm website, i came across about your knowledge in PR. quite deep. is it part of your course studies?
admin: well, i got into PR by chance. i used to work in an pr/events company during college breaks where i was exposed to PR and event management. after graduation, i worked in Singapore in a non-PR industry for a while but i came home. Jobless again with plenty of free time, I jumped at the chance of helping my good friend and mentor, the PR Maestro herself, Mrs. TBG. So no, PR was never part of my studies but my educational background has helped tremendously in terms of understanding the workings of my clients’ businesses and other business industries.
