My Double D Oreos.

Hrmm. Oreos. Oreos. Oreos. Oreos.
Some of you might remember the magical scene from Honey I Shrunk the Kids. You know, when the kids stumbled upon a giant Oreo in their backyard and then started pulling big chunks off the giant cookie and slathering them with the never-ending cream and ultimately, stuffing their faces in them.

It was pure pornography for 5 year olds with a sweet tooth.
These days, although I’m more inclined to reach for freshly baked cookies from the neighbourhood bakery, Oreos is still a firm favourite when it comes to quick, delicious snacks. Admittedly, my favourite part of an Oreo is not the cookies, but rather the sinful, milky cream. I was so happy when they came out with double stuffing. Good folks at Kraft knew exactly what we needed eh :)
So, the most basic way to eat Oreos is dunking it in cold milk till it absorbs the liquid, then take it out just before the cookie disintegrates.
Dunk it.
Next, bite off the bits where milk has seeped among the cookie molecules.
Eat here.
Then, repeat steps till cookie in hand disappears.
You and I know that there are many ways of eating Oreos. I guess everyone has his or her own ritual when it comes to eating Oreos. Some eat just the cream and throw away the cookies, some lick off the cream before washing down the chocolate cookies with a tall glass of cold milk.
I too have developed my own method of eating Oreos. This method aims to produce the most sublime sensation of eating Oreos cream (ie: as much cream as possible with little or no cookie). This method is also best executed with the latest double stuffed Oreos. Here’s a step by step guide :)

Separate the cookies into two parts. The bare chocolate cookies and the open sandwich cookies.

You may throw away the bare cookies although this blog does no openly encourage wasting of food. Now, stack the open sandwich cookies to form a new cookie sandwich. Tadaa…a Double Double stuffed Oreo( Double D). Check out the difference between a Double D Oreo and a normal double stuffed.

Now dunk the Double D into cold milk.

Now that all the cookies are gone from the hand, it’s time to wash the inside down with the remaining milk. Check out the chocolate cookie crumbs in the milk. w00t!

I still remember last time during my teenage days I would buy a tube of Oreos after school, rush home, make milo with fresh milk and finish the WHOLE tube. Hahaha best.

Separate the Oreos, to just choc cookies and cream attached cookies. (So there would be more!) Dunk it in milk. (tho I prefer to cookies, not cream)
I usually do not drink the milk, but threw it away after finishing the cookies. Awful waste, I know, but I don’t like the taste of the milk afterwards.
I don’t actually eat biscuits that often [fattening without the pizza content], though I must admit when I do I use the same dunk and each method. :-)

Actually, regarding your un-thespian pose… have you tried doing your hair in waves? That pose would look great with wavier hair.
I eat Oreos as is, or in McFlurries. No dipping in milk, no taking them apart..

on a more serious note, i noticed how the peanut butter/cream oreos are a conjob! the cream/peanut butter is only spread in the middle and the rest of the cookie is bare naked! angers..
hardly bought any since coz alw kena those stingily creamed ones.
