I just found this post while looking for reviews of OpenBeak, since the photos it sends to TwitPic look like complete blurry garbage.

Anyhow, I thought I would point out another decent app I’ve been messing with–TwiXtreme. It’s free, and it seems to have all of the features you are asking for. http://www.twixtreme.com/

I haven’t tested the camera integration just yet, but everything else seems to be pretty slick and functional.

Nice summary of the foursome — I hadn’t realized Loic & Co. developed a Blackberry version of Seesmic, but as I don’t use their desktop client anymore I’m not surprised the mobile one isn’t great.

I’ve used Ubertwitter for the better part of the past 10 months, and I have no reason to switch anytime soon. I also don’t mind the banner ad as much as I did when it first appeared.

I’m using the official Twitter client for BB (Twitter for BB) and it’s awesome so far, just laggy and stuff since it’s only Beta mode for now. Give that a shot! :D
