My Dad just got back and told me he heard over the radio that there will be no water supply till Sunday. My whole family has not showered, there’s 7kilo worth of dirty laundry in the washing machine, pile of dirty dishes and only half a kettle of drinking water left. The tap was dry by 11am this morning. Why wasn’t the announcement made yesterday or earlier?

This is so terrible I don’t even know how to begin to describe it. We have a dinner function to attend tonight and we certainly don’t feel very confident now (so glad this didn’t happen before PPS Bash!). I’m milking my brains dry trying to visualise a way to ration the remaining water to 5 family members who are sticky, sweaty and pissed. And I’m having my freakin’ menses too *breathing in, breathing out*

To Khir Toyo: Greetings to your mother. Selangor is far from being a developed state. I don’t know how you have the audacity to declare a state with blackouts and water cut at least thrice a month a developed state? Here’s a suggestion, why don’t you go back to fixing teeth instead? It’s a good career, I had aspired to become a dentist too! On second thought…maybe you sucked at that too?
