The event might be cancelled due to the haze. I’m not sure whether to feel relieved or sad. Yes, it’s virtually plagued with problems right from the beginning but my colleague and I have put so much effort in it. I really want to see it happen before my eyes, whether it’s good or bad. I really hope it’s just another short-lived decision by the islanders.
Boss is going to treat us to Indonesian massage tomorrow. The thing is, will we be going to work in the 1st place? Everyone in the office was feeling sick. Everyone was caughing coughing and sneezing. The sink at the pantry was practically hogged as everyone wanted to wash their eyes. Even my eczema is acting up a bit and I’m having a mild headache that won’t go away. We could smell the smoke in the office, toilets and lifts. Driving is especially scary. I don’t know about you, but my head felt light (lack of oxygen? disoriented by the lack of visibility?) and it’s quite difficult to estimate the speed of vehicles.
My arms and thighs are aching. My gym buddy is a maniac. He kept pushing and challenging me like some army commander. I want to think it’s a good thing.
