I remember getting home from school to discover a a dark, wrinkly baby in Mummy’s room.
I remember thinking that you were evil and was created to torture me.
I remember bathing you after you pooped all over yourself and the floor.
I remember being horrified at finding your toes encrusted in dry poop after.
I remember crushing your little finger with a wooden door in Singapore.
I remember feeling so guilty I wanted to transplant my little finger to you.
I remember blocking you from getting caned when a crazed relative was in her element.
I remember getting slapped by her and knew then it’s better than to see you getting hurt.
I remember everything, kelingjai and I love you!
