Frozen bananas.

I made a new discovery yesterday. Frozen bananas. I bought a huge comb of bananas from Tesco because I didn’t know that you could actually pull apart the comb for the amount you want. So yeah, I brought home a bigass comb of bananas and we couldn’t finish them.

Anyway, I was reading through Smoothies and Juice Recipe book (for I am trying to snack healthier) and read that if you needed to incorporate bananas into the smoothies, you’d have to freeze them first. Of which I did with the fast ripening bananas. Being me, I had to check the freezer periodically to look at the bananas, this bad habit I had retained from childhood. You know how it is…..eventually I popped some of them into my mouth.

Holy. Macaroni. Best thing EVARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Like ice cream potong banana. So yeah, try it. Whatever.

I’m so bloody nervous. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I was going to suggest the Chocolate too, but Arthur beat me to it!

And you let the bananas over ripen before freezing them … because it fills it with more wonderful banana esters & SUGAR!

Hmmmmm, first you get the sugar, then you get the women!
    [Sorry, Simpsons flashback there!]

Which reminds me of another Simpson quotes -
Lou: Disturbance at the Aquarium Chief.
Police Chief Wiggum: They still sell those frozen bananas, Lou?
    Lou nods.
    PCW: Let’s roll.

[Okay, that might be wrong … just remembering it from memory.]

admin: i dont watch simpson regularly :D

yeah, frozen bananas are great! it only works with the long ones though (regular ones, not the mini bananas).

another great snack is apples sliced and slathered with peanut butter (creamy or chunky, depending on your preference). it works with bananas too. and it’s best if the apples and bananas are frozen and the peanut butter is warm.

    good luck for the interview!

admin: thanks man. omg stop telling me about all these snacks
