My Mom celebrated her 45th birthday yesterday. Her best present wasn’t the Bi (Rain) albums I bought for her, but the news I presented to her just now. I could feel her elation even when it’s only via the phone receiver.
I’m going out for a celebratory lunch with the bf. He’s been both my pillar of strength and punching bag. Poor fella, I don’t know how he takes it, but he takes it like a good sport. I’m so lucky he hasn’t dumped me yet for a less crazy woman.
The bridge has been dropped and I’m crossing to the other side. Now it’s time to tighten all the loose strings, source for material to build my nest and toughen myself up for a challenging path ahead.
I like cryptic posts as much as I like gaining weight, but this is about it. Maybe I’ll say more when the dusts settle.
