After sending my bf off, I took a cab home. The cab driver struck up a conversation with me. The chat was welcomed, as I was exhausted after a long day at work and I didn’t want to fall asleep mid-journey. As the conversation progressed in a decent direction, which mainly centered around me and my boyfriend, the bastard suddenly got really personal.
“You know ahhh, I think for your benefit ah you don’t use pills ok”
*Blink* *blink* Pills? Uhuh..what pills?”
“They can make you fat and maybe cannot get children next time”
“You mean, contraceptive pills?”
“For your benefit ah, you should use condoms. So I wish you all the best ah”
*Nervous laugh* *Fiddling with pepper spray* “I ah…don’t do this sort of things. Parents taught one” (Don’t laugh, fuckers)
“Oh. But better condoms loh. When your boyfriend wants it, maybe you get pressure then you close one eye then you let him do”
*Nervous laugh* *Pray for him to shut the flying fuck up* “Ya k”
*Still jabbering about pills and condoms and bf pressuring me into sex in broken English*
When I reached home, I threw the fare onto the passenger seat and fled. I was -this- close to spraying pepper mist at the fucktard’s face.
Bf was here (I love you!). He was pulling my legs the whole of last week, throwing fakeplan hints that he won’t be able to make it and stuff. Then, the bubble bursted when he accidentally sent me an SMS meant for his colleague about not being able to present for a meeting as he’s coming to see me. LOL. I guess it’s just my luck when it comes to surprises….last year, Galvin popped the bubble about my surprise party just before I made my way there. Sigh.
Anyway, I had a fantastic birthday! Celebration started with a wonderful birthday lunch with the bf where he was forced to take a lot of pictures of me.
I post this because
I think I look kinda
nice on my birthday
even while slurping pasta.
Then in the evening, Ie-Tsen took me to Swensen’s on the pretense of treating me dinner. I reached there to find most of my colleagues there. Sneaky sneaky 
The thing is, Ie-Tsen forgot that he had slipped a couple of words about a certain surprise party while he was drunk from a night out….just my luck, hehehe. TsenTsen, you’re still ze BEST, I rove you rong time!
I’m such a lucky, lucky girl!
